Most tests need no fasting at all. Some markers, like fasting glucose, fasting insulin and certain cholesterol panels, give the most accurate reading after fasting. If your test needs it, it's stated on the product page and on your pathology request form. Water is always fine.

A very positive experience

Could not have been better
