Is it free to set up?

Yes. There are no setup fees, no subscription and no minimum volumes. You only ever pay per test, and in most cases the patient pays directly.

Who pays for the tests?

Your choice, per order. You can send the patient a secure payment link by email and SMS, or pay on their behalf at checkout. Most practitioners send the link, so the cost never touches their books.

How does the ten per cent work?

Every panel ordered through your portal carries a ten per cent margin. You can keep it, or pass it to your client as a discount. It is set per practice and you can change it.

Do I need to be a registered medical practitioner?

No. The portal is open to allied health practitioners including naturopaths, nutritionists, exercise physiologists and integrative practitioners. All pathology is requested under our AHPRA-registered medical oversight.

Are the labs NATA-accredited?

Yes. All testing is performed by NATA-accredited Australian laboratories working to ISO 15189 standards, the same labs used for GP-referred pathology.

Can I build my own panels?

Yes. The custom test builder gives you all 295 markers with pricing shown as you add them. Save a panel to your library and reorder it in one click, or use our ready-made consumer panels for your clients.

Is there a contract or lock-in?

No contract and no lock-in. Use it for one patient or a hundred, and stop whenever you like.
