Why it's worth knowing

The premium annual built for high-performers

34 markers spanning metabolic, cardiovascular, hormonal, organ function, nutrients, full thyroid and PSA. The depth a senior executive expects from a private annual without the time required for in-person specialist appointments.

HOMA-IR + ApoB + Lp(a) for serious cardiovascular and metabolic risk

HOMA-IR catches insulin resistance a decade early. ApoB measures the actual particles driving cardiovascular disease. Lp(a) reveals the genetic risk that explains heart attacks in people without classic risk factors. The three markers serious longevity protocols start with.

IGF-1 for cellular aging and growth hormone signalling

IGF-1 is the most accurate proxy for growth hormone activity. Too high is linked to cancer risk, too low to muscle loss, frailty and accelerated aging. The longevity marker biohackers, performance medicine clinics and Peter Attia followers track religiously.

Complete hormone read: testosterone, oestradiol, cortisol, DHEAS

Total Testosterone, Free Testosterone, SHBG, oestradiol, cortisol, DHEAS and IGF-1. The hormones behind energy, recovery, performance and aging — the markers a busy professional needs but rarely takes time to test properly.

PSA, full thyroid, advanced lipids and trace minerals

PSA for prostate health screening. Full thyroid (TSH, FT3, FT4) catches subclinical dysfunction. ApoA1 alongside ApoB measures the protective-to-atherogenic ratio. Zinc and magnesium for hormonal and metabolic support.

$1,499 for what would cost $2,500-3,500 across specialists

The Executive Panel bundles what would otherwise be 4-5 separate specialist consultations and tests. Ordered individually, this same depth costs significantly more. One panel, one collection, every system covered.

Common questions

Everything you need to know before you order.

No GP consult or telehealth appointment needed. We instantly generate your pathology referral and send it directly to your inbox after checkout.
You can order any test you want without the gatekeeping.

Through your GP, blood tests are typically only bulk-billed under Medicare if you have a specific medical condition that justifies them. You can't just walk in and ask for a panel because you're curious or want a baseline. Your doctor decides which markers get tested, and that list is usually limited.

MediTests is for people who want to take a more proactive approach to their health. Whether you're looking for deeper insights, want to establish a personal baseline, or simply choose exactly which markers you want to track, you're in control. No condition required, no waiting room, no Medicare eligibility hurdles.

100%. We partner with NATA-accredited Australian laboratories, the same trusted labs used by hospitals and GPs across the country. Every result is processed to the same clinical standards as your local pathology centre.
Never. The price you see includes everything: referral, testing, processing and results. No surprises.
The most common reason is that something feels off but a standard GP panel hasn't turned anything up. Fatigue, brain fog, weight gain, low mood, poor recovery, irregular cycles and low libido all have measurable biological causes that a targeted panel can identify.

You don't need symptoms to benefit from testing. Proactive testing establishes your personal baseline, catches risk factors before they cause harm, and helps you understand whether diet, training or lifestyle changes are actually working.
Yes, absolutely. You can build your own panel by choosing from our wide range of individual tests. Whether you're checking one thing or a combination of markers, you're in control of what you get tested for. Visit our Create Your Own Test page to start building.

A very positive experience

I booked a blood test because my health insurance did not cover GP consultations. The referral form was emailed to me immediately, I walked into a collection centre the next morning and my results arrived the very next day. One result showed an elevated TSH level and because I was pregnant, a doctor from their Sydney office personally called me to talk it through. It made me feel they genuinely cared.

Could not have been better

I've been in remission from Graves Disease for a few years and suddenly had symptoms again. It was easy to choose and purchase the test I needed at a reasonable price and set up the appointment online for the next day. The lab tech was friendly and put me entirely at ease, and the results were delivered electronically within a day or two. Could not have been better.

The Executive Health Panel

High performance has a biological cost. Chronic stress, disrupted sleep, travel, irregular eating, and sustained pressure all leave measurable marks in your blood — often long before symptoms appear.

The Executive Health Panel is built for people whose time is valuable and whose health directly affects their output. It goes far beyond a standard check-up, combining advanced cardiovascular markers including ApoB, Lp(a), and homocysteine with a full metabolic and insulin resistance profile, comprehensive hormone and cortisol assessment, thyroid function, and key nutritional markers that are commonly depleted under sustained cognitive and physical demand.

The result is a detailed, data-driven snapshot of how your body is actually performing — not just whether you are clinically unwell, but whether you are operating at the level your lifestyle demands. Designed to be done annually or biannually, this panel gives you the objective baseline you need to make smarter decisions about recovery, nutrition, supplementation, and medical care.

What we test for

Full Blood Count: Assesses red and white blood cells and platelets, providing a broad picture of overall health, immune function, and haematological status. A key baseline marker for any comprehensive health assessment.

Fasting Glucose: Measures blood sugar in a fasted state to assess how the body is handling glucose. A foundational marker for metabolic health and cardiovascular risk.

Fasting Insulin: Measures insulin in a fasted state to detect early insulin resistance, which is strongly linked to cardiovascular disease, cognitive decline, and metabolic dysfunction — all highly relevant under chronic stress and a demanding lifestyle.

HbA1c: Reflects average blood sugar levels over the past 2 to 3 months. Provides context for long-term glucose control beyond a single fasting measurement.

HOMA-IR: A calculated index from fasting glucose and fasting insulin that gives a single, clear number representing insulin sensitivity. One of the most actionable metabolic markers available.

Lipid Studies (Total Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, Triglycerides): Foundational cardiovascular markers evaluating cholesterol and fat levels in the blood. Elevated triglycerides and low HDL are common findings in high-stress, high-travel, or irregular-diet lifestyles.

Apolipoprotein B (ApoB): A more precise measure of cardiovascular risk than standard LDL, reflecting the number of atherogenic particles rather than their size. An essential marker for anyone with a meaningful personal or family history of heart disease.

Apolipoprotein A (ApoA-1): The primary protein in HDL cholesterol. Assessed alongside ApoB to provide a ratio that is one of the strongest available predictors of long-term cardiovascular risk.

Lipoprotein(a) [Lp(a)]: An independent, largely genetic cardiovascular risk factor not captured by standard lipid panels. Important to know once, as it does not change meaningfully with lifestyle and informs long-term risk strategy.

Homocysteine: An amino acid linked to cardiovascular disease, stroke, and cognitive decline when elevated. Commonly raised in those with high workload, low B-vitamin intake, or suboptimal gut absorption.

High Sensitivity CRP (hs-CRP): A sensitive marker of low-grade systemic inflammation. Chronically elevated in individuals under sustained psychological and physiological stress, and a meaningful predictor of cardiovascular and metabolic risk.

Liver Function Tests (LFTs): Assess markers of liver health. Relevant for executives managing alcohol intake, medication use, or a diet heavy in processed food and travel eating.

Kidney Function (EUC/eGFR): Measures waste products and electrolytes to assess kidney health and fluid balance. Often affected by dehydration, high protein intake, and NSAID use.

TSH, Free T3, Free T4: A full thyroid function assessment evaluating thyroid hormone balance. Thyroid dysfunction is a common and frequently missed cause of fatigue, weight changes, poor concentration, and mood instability — symptoms that are easily attributed to stress.

Total Testosterone: A primary marker of hormonal health, energy, muscle mass, and motivation in both men and women. Testosterone commonly declines under chronic stress and poor sleep.

Free Testosterone: The biologically active fraction of testosterone available to tissues. More meaningful than total testosterone alone for assessing true hormonal status.

Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG): Regulates the availability of testosterone and oestrogen. Elevated SHBG under stress can reduce free testosterone even when total levels appear adequate.

Oestradiol (E2): The primary oestrogen, relevant in both men and women. Imbalances can affect mood, cognition, libido, sleep quality, and body composition.

Cortisol: The body’s primary stress hormone. A morning cortisol measurement reflects adrenal output and HPA axis function, providing direct insight into the biological impact of sustained stress on the body.

DHEAS (Dehydroepiandrosterone Sulphate): An adrenal hormone that serves as a precursor to testosterone and oestrogen. DHEAS commonly declines under chronic cortisol elevation and is a useful marker of adrenal reserve and biological resilience.

IGF-1 (Insulin-like Growth Factor 1): Reflects growth hormone activity and is relevant to recovery, muscle maintenance, cognitive function, and cellular repair. Often suboptimal in those with poor sleep and high stress.

Iron Studies with Ferritin: Assess iron levels and storage capacity. Low ferritin is a frequent and underdiagnosed cause of fatigue, poor concentration, and reduced exercise tolerance — even when full anaemia has not developed.

Vitamin D: Directly involved in immune function, mood regulation, cognitive performance, and cardiovascular health. Deficiency is widespread and significantly worsened by indoor working environments and limited sun exposure.

Vitamin B12: Essential for nerve function, energy production, and cognitive health. Commonly depleted in frequent travellers, those with high alcohol intake, or those following plant-based diets.

Folate: A B-vitamin involved in DNA repair, homocysteine regulation, and cognitive function. Low levels are associated with fatigue, mood changes, and elevated homocysteine.

Zinc: A trace mineral critical for immune function, testosterone production, and cognitive performance. Frequently depleted by stress, alcohol, and inadequate dietary intake.

Magnesium: Involved in hundreds of enzymatic processes including energy metabolism, stress response, sleep regulation, and cardiovascular function. One of the most commonly deficient minerals in high-stress individuals.

Uric Acid: A metabolic byproduct associated with gout, insulin resistance, and cardiovascular risk. Can be elevated by high protein or purine intake, alcohol, and metabolic dysfunction.

Calcium: Essential for bone health, muscle contraction, nerve signalling, and cardiac function. Abnormal calcium levels can reflect parathyroid dysfunction, vitamin D deficiency, or metabolic imbalances that are worth identifying as part of a comprehensive health baseline.

Phosphate: Plays a role in bone mineralisation, energy metabolism, and cellular function. Assessed alongside calcium to provide a more complete picture of metabolic and bone health, and can reflect dietary adequacy and kidney function.

Lipase: An enzyme produced primarily by the pancreas involved in fat digestion. Elevated lipase can indicate pancreatic stress or inflammation, which can be triggered by alcohol, certain medications, or underlying metabolic conditions.

Amylase: An enzyme involved in carbohydrate digestion, produced by the pancreas and salivary glands. Assessed alongside lipase to provide a more complete picture of pancreatic and digestive health.

PSA (Prostate Specific Antigen): A protein produced by the prostate gland. Elevated PSA can indicate prostate enlargement, inflammation, or prostate cancer. Regular monitoring is recommended for men from midlife onwards and is a meaningful addition to any executive health screen. Included for male patients.

ESR (Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate): Measures the rate at which red blood cells settle in a blood sample, serving as a broad marker of inflammation and immune activity. Elevated ESR can reflect infection, autoimmune conditions, or other systemic inflammatory processes, and provides useful supporting context alongside hs-CRP.
