The value

Why it's worth knowing

26 markers, every major aging system in one panel

Metabolic, cardiovascular (including ApoB), full thyroid, sex hormones, IGF-1, cortisol, organ function, Vitamin D and inflammation. One of the most comprehensive single-panel longevity reads available in Australia.

Sex hormones and IGF-1 for men and women

Total Testosterone, Free Testosterone, SHBG, oestradiol and IGF-1 measured together. The hormones behind energy, libido, muscle mass, mood and recovery, and the markers that decline measurably with aging in both sexes.

IGF-1 for cellular aging and training adaptation

Growth hormone signalling, measured through IGF-1, drives muscle, recovery and tissue repair. Too high is linked to cancer risk, too low to muscle loss and frailty. Biohackers and longevity researchers track this religiously.

ApoB and fasting insulin for cardiovascular and metabolic risk

ApoB reveals atherogenic particle count, the actual driver of cardiovascular disease. Fasting insulin catches metabolic decline a decade before glucose or HbA1c. The two most predictive markers in longevity medicine.

Full thyroid and cortisol for the stress-metabolism axis

TSH, Free T3 and Free T4 reveal complete thyroid function. Cortisol shows chronic stress impact. Together they explain fatigue, weight changes, mood and the hormonal drivers of accelerated aging.

Comprehensive organ function and inflammation

FBC, full lipid panel, hsCRP, LFT, kidney function, Vitamin D, calcium, magnesium, phosphate, lipase, amylase, LDH and uric acid. Every organ system and the inflammation drivers behind aging.

Common questions

Everything you need to know before you order.

No GP consult or telehealth appointment needed. We instantly generate your pathology referral and send it directly to your inbox after checkout.
You can order any test you want without the gatekeeping.

Through your GP, blood tests are typically only bulk-billed under Medicare if you have a specific medical condition that justifies them. You can't just walk in and ask for a panel because you're curious or want a baseline. Your doctor decides which markers get tested, and that list is usually limited.

MediTests is for people who want to take a more proactive approach to their health. Whether you're looking for deeper insights, want to establish a personal baseline, or simply choose exactly which markers you want to track, you're in control. No condition required, no waiting room, no Medicare eligibility hurdles.

100%. We partner with NATA-accredited Australian laboratories, the same trusted labs used by hospitals and GPs across the country. Every result is processed to the same clinical standards as your local pathology centre.
Never. The price you see includes everything: referral, testing, processing and results. No surprises.
The most common reason is that something feels off but a standard GP panel hasn't turned anything up. Fatigue, brain fog, weight gain, low mood, poor recovery, irregular cycles and low libido all have measurable biological causes that a targeted panel can identify.

You don't need symptoms to benefit from testing. Proactive testing establishes your personal baseline, catches risk factors before they cause harm, and helps you understand whether diet, training or lifestyle changes are actually working.
Yes, absolutely. You can build your own panel by choosing from our wide range of individual tests. Whether you're checking one thing or a combination of markers, you're in control of what you get tested for. Visit our Create Your Own Test page to start building.

A very positive experience

I booked a blood test because my health insurance did not cover GP consultations. The referral form was emailed to me immediately, I walked into a collection centre the next morning and my results arrived the very next day. One result showed an elevated TSH level and because I was pregnant, a doctor from their Sydney office personally called me to talk it through. It made me feel they genuinely cared.

Could not have been better

I've been in remission from Graves Disease for a few years and suddenly had symptoms again. It was easy to choose and purchase the test I needed at a reasonable price and set up the appointment online for the next day. The lab tech was friendly and put me entirely at ease, and the results were delivered electronically within a day or two. Could not have been better.

Longevity 365

Longevity 365 is designed for individuals who want a deeper understanding of how their body is ageing and adapting over time.
This panel assesses the systems most closely linked to longevity, including metabolic health, cardiovascular risk, inflammation, hormonal balance and organ function.
By providing a broad yet clinically focused dataset, Longevity 365 supports proactive health decisions and allows meaningful comparison year to year as part of an annual longevity strategy.

What we test for

Full Blood Count (FBC)
Evaluates red and white blood cells and platelets to provide insight into overall health, immune function, inflammation, and conditions such as anaemia or infection.

Fasting Glucose
Measures blood sugar levels at the time of collection and helps assess how effectively the body is managing glucose.

HbA1c
Reflects average blood sugar levels over the past 2–3 months and is used to assess long-term glucose control and diabetes risk.

Lipid Studies (Total Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, Triglycerides)
Assess cholesterol and fat levels in the blood to help evaluate cardiovascular health and long-term heart disease risk.

High-Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein (hsCRP)
A sensitive marker of low-grade inflammation commonly used to assess cardiovascular and metabolic risk associated with ageing.

Liver Function Tests
Assess liver health and function, including the effects of diet, alcohol, medications, and metabolic stress.

Kidney Function & Electrolytes
Evaluate kidney health, hydration status, and electrolyte balance, which are essential for long-term organ function.

Vitamin D
Assesses vitamin D status, which plays an important role in bone health, immune function, and muscle strength as we age.

Calcium
Essential for bone strength, muscle contraction, nerve signalling, and cardiovascular function.

Magnesium
Supports muscle and nerve function, energy production, and cellular stability.

Phosphate
Plays a role in bone structure, cellular energy metabolism, and tissue repair.

Lipase
An enzyme produced by the pancreas that helps assess pancreatic function and long-term digestive health.

Amylase
A digestive enzyme commonly measured alongside lipase to evaluate pancreatic and digestive function.

Lactate Dehydrogenase (LDH)
A general marker of tissue turnover or cellular stress that can increase with inflammation or age-related changes.

Uric Acid
Measures uric acid levels in the blood, which are influenced by metabolism and kidney function and are associated with gout and cardiovascular risk.

Fasting Insulin
Measures insulin levels in the blood and helps assess insulin resistance, a key contributor to metabolic ageing and chronic disease risk.

Apolipoprotein B (ApoB)
Measures the number of atherogenic cholesterol particles and provides a more accurate assessment of cardiovascular risk than standard cholesterol testing alone.

Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH)
Assesses how the thyroid gland is being regulated and plays a central role in metabolism, energy balance, and body temperature control.

Free Thyroxine (Free T4)
Measures circulating thyroid hormone available to tissues, contributing to metabolic rate and energy regulation.

Free Triiodothyronine (Free T3)
Represents the active thyroid hormone that directly influences metabolism, energy levels, and cellular activity.

Cortisol
A key stress hormone involved in energy regulation, immune response, blood sugar control, and stress adaptation.

Total Testosterone
Measures overall testosterone levels, which influence muscle mass, bone density, energy levels, and overall vitality.

Free Testosterone
Represents the biologically active portion of testosterone available for use by the body.

Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG)
Regulates the availability of sex hormones and influences how much testosterone and oestrogen can be utilised by tissues.

Oestradiol
A key sex hormone involved in bone health, cardiovascular function, metabolic regulation, and ageing processes in both men and women.

Insulin-Like Growth Factor 1 (IGF-1)
Reflects growth hormone activity and plays a role in tissue repair, muscle maintenance, recovery, and long-term ageing processes.
