Why choose this test?

About these tests

Advanced Cardiovascular Panel (Apolipoprotein B, Lipoprotein(a), Homocysteine): This panel identifies true cardiovascular and atherosclerosis risk long before symptoms or standard cholesterol markers change. ApoB reflects the total number of atherogenic particles driving plaque formation, Lp(a) captures inherited cardiovascular risk that routine lipids miss entirely, and homocysteine highlights endothelial damage and vascular ageing. Together, these markers provide the most accurate early warning system for heart attack and stroke risk.

Advanced Metabolic Panel (Fasting Insulin, HbA1c): Evaluates blood sugar regulation and insulin sensitivity at a deeper level than glucose alone. Fasting insulin detects early insulin resistance, while HbA1c reflects long-term glycaemic exposure. This combination identifies metabolic dysfunction years before diabetes develops and is one of the strongest predictors of cardiovascular disease, cognitive decline, and reduced lifespan.

Advanced Inflammation (ESR): ESR provides insight into longer-term, cumulative inflammatory burden rather than short-term inflammatory spikes. Persistently elevated ESR is associated with accelerated ageing, autoimmune activity, cardiovascular disease, and neurodegeneration, making it a valuable complement to CRP in longevity tracking.

Active Vitamin B12 (Holotranscobalamin): Measures the biologically active fraction of B12 available for cellular use. This marker is critical for neurological health, red blood cell production, methylation, and DNA repair. Functional deficiency can exist even with normal serum B12, contributing to fatigue, brain fog, mood changes, and elevated homocysteine.

Vitamin D (25-OH): Reflects vitamin D status critical for immune regulation, bone integrity, hormone signalling, cardiovascular protection, and longevity pathways. Suboptimal levels are consistently associated with increased all-cause mortality, chronic disease risk, and impaired immune resilience.
